Consultations are conducted via video or phone call platforms such as FaceTime or other third-party services.

Onsighte provides virtual consultations/assistance only. This service does not replace the need for an in-person inspection, repair, or assessment when required for complex issues or safety concerns.

Any guidance or advice given by contractors is based on the information provided by the user and does not substitute for an on-site evaluation.

Disclaimer:

Onsighte and it’s contractors do not guarantee in any way that any advice or suggested solutions will resolve the user’s issues. Users are responsible for determining if they need additional professional help on-site and are responsible for making the decision to call a professional to come on site a resolve their issue.

4. Fees and Payment

Users are required to pay a fee for each consultation session, as specified on the Website. Fees may vary based on the Contractor and the type or duration of the consultation.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, and users agree to comply with any terms and policies of the payment provider.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information during consultations to the best of their knowledge in order to provide the best consultations and/or suggestions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary tools and/or materials if the plan to implement any solutions suggested by the Contractor.

Users agree to take all reasonable precautions when implementing solutions and assume all risks associated with and advice or recommendations provided by the contractor over the phone or video call.

6. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors are independent service providers and are not employees of Onsighte. They are responsible for providing accurate and professional advice during consultations.

Contractors do not assume liabilty for any physical work or outcome resulting form advice provided.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Onsighte and it’s contractors are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the implementation of advice provided during consutlations.

Users acknowledge that any advice or guidance provided is based on remote observation and may not be comprehensive or suitable for their particular situation.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Onsighte may use third-party platforms, such as FaceTime, to conduct consultations. Onsighte is not responsible for any service interruptions, issues, or privacy concerns associated with these third-party platforms.

Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party services utilized during their consultations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and software on “Onsighte” are the property of Onsighte or its licensor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Website without prior written permission.
